Start with the menu
Share our menu with everyone who's eating. Ask each person to choose a burger and note any changes they'd like to request. If you're using an old screenshot, check the current menu before adding everything up.
Our burgers can be made with beef, grilled chicken or our house-made veggie patty. Start there if your group has different preferences, then check the ingredients in the complete burger.
If someone has an allergy, tell us before confirming the order. Ask about ingredients and preparation. Choosing a veggie patty doesn't mean the whole burger is vegan or suitable for a particular allergy.
Put the order in one message
Write down each choice, any requested changes and the sides you'd like to share. Check it with your group before sending. A complete message makes it easier to confirm the order without losing a change in a separate conversation.
You can ask about burgers, fries and wings from the menu. If you're sharing, check which options and quantities are available that day. There doesn't have to be a group package. Everyone can make their own choice from the menu.
If someone is still deciding, send them the menu link and wait for their answer before confirming. It's easier to check everything together than to change an order once preparation has started.
Agree on pickup before setting off
Message us on WhatsApp at +52 998 353 8838 and tell us you'd like to collect your food. Send the order and ask about availability and preparation time. Wait for confirmation before planning your trip to the restaurant.
We're on Av. Javier Rojo Gómez in Puerto Morelos. Check your route and decide who will collect the order. If you're walking from somewhere else in town, share the restaurant location with that person.
If you'd prefer delivery, ask us whether your address is within our Puerto Morelos delivery area. Confirm the arrangements directly when ordering. A nearby hotel or rental address doesn't automatically mean delivery is available there.
Check everything when you collect
Compare the food with the order we confirmed. Check requested changes and ask if any items need to be identified separately. This helps when several burgers look similar in their packaging.
Plan to eat after collecting your food and avoid adding unnecessary stops. If your plans change or you'll be late, let us know so we can check the situation before preparing or handing over the order.
